NEED A NEW CARD?

You should keep a photocopy of your Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOC) in your records. If you lose or damage your PCOC, freecourse.ca will replace it for $10 (lowest PCOC replacement fee in Canada; others charge $25 or more for replacement cards).

To replace a PCOC obtained though St. John Ambulance (i.e. freecourse.ca), send us a letter with your name, current mailing address, old mailing address (if applicable), PCOC registration number, and $10 payment (payable to freecourse.ca) to:
        Replacement PCOC

        Ottawa, Ontario
        K2A 1V5

To replace a PCOC obtained from a course provider other than freecourse.ca, please send us a letter containing a photocopy of your PCOC, your name, current mailing address, and $10 payment (payable to freecourse.ca) to:
