You can write the exam at any time of the year. Please call ahead to make an appointment with the testing centre. If you do not find a centre on this list, please call
1-866-729-4521. If you cannot find a convenient testing centre near you, you can write a Proctored Exam by mail. You should bring photo identification with you when you go to write the exam. The $25 testing fee includes the exam, Temporary Operator Card, and the permanent Pleasure Craft Operator Card. There is a time limit of 45 minutes for the exam.
